What you will bring

  • Recently graduated with an undergraduate degree, such as but not limited to Bachelor of Commerce, Business, Psychology, etc
  • Ability to work in a structured way while juggling a busy schedule
  • Curiosity to learn about career pathways and development journeys specific to Monadelphous and our industry 
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills 
  • Proof of right to work in Australia
