Overview of the role 

As our business continues to grow, Graduate Program participants will be empowered to help support high priority projects from the outset. 

With new opportunities and a local team on hand to support your learning and development, the future’s bright at Mineral Resources.

The Graduate Program is comprised of multiple business rotations to provide you with a breadth of industry experience. At the conclusion of the program, we will endeavour to transition you to a full-time role. 

With dedicated Program Mentors, regular feedback and review sessions, and online and face to face networking events – the MinRes Graduate Program is the perfect place to grow your career.

The prerequisites

To be eligible for the 2022 Mineral Resources Graduate Program, you’ll need to:

  • be in your final study year of health, occupational safety or related field, or have graduated from a recognised University within the past 12 months;
  • be an Australian or New Zealand citizen, or hold Australian permanent residency at the time of application;
  • have availability to commence full-time employment in early 2023;
  • be passionate about a long-term mining career with a desire to learn new skills related to your chosen career;
  • be motivated to reach your personal and professional potential; and
  • work as part of a successful team with well-rounded communication skills
  • be based in Western Australia or willing to relocate to WA to participate.
