As a Macpherson Kelley graduate you might be visiting a client’s premises one day or front and centre at a mediation the next. The opportunities are endless, and we want to help you grow and succeed!

Some key things to note about the Macpherson Kelley graduate program:

  • This is a full-time 12-month program based out of our Victorian offices, located in Melbourne and Dandenong.
  • You will complete supervised legal training as part of our program and rotate across 4 different practice areas. This provides the unique opportunity to have exposure to a variety of work, clients, experiences and environments.
  • You will receive ongoing mentoring and coaching from your peers and supervising Principals throughout the program with regular check ins along the way.
