Salary at Leidos Australia

Leidos doesn't offer bonuses but offers 3 pay rises for graduates within the first 2 years as long as you are considered a valued member of the company.

Salary is good for a grad, but there's a lack of clarity around how this progresses after grad-level, and i don't believe developers promoted through the grad stream can match industry rates

Pay is quite decent for my department, will be set to increase quite a substantial amount after my first year is completed

I am a graduate student so the pay is competitive but more would be nice.

From what i've seen it's fairly high pay for a graduate role, but it doesn't increase too much afterwards and is apparently below average for a regular software engineer.

The pay and bonuses are very fair for a first year graduate. I earn more than others that graduated in my year across business and commerce streams.

Satisfied with pay at graduate level. However there is very little opportunity for increasing your salary in this company. Even if you take on a lot of responsibilities and workload, this is not rewarded. Salary is only increase based on time in a role not really on performance.

You get heaps of discounts. I've been able to find discounts for most of the companies like myer, woolworths, expedia, booking. Com, and heaps more.

There is currently a benefits program in leidos that offers discounts for hundreds of stores in australia. This is handy, although i don't use it often.

Moving expenses, company paid for trips to industry shows, company paid development days, awesome lunches in the office every now and then.

Leidos life hub is pretty good for deals on certain products and services.

Free coffee dates with the boss at the end of a sprint

Free stuff pretty frequently. Movie tickets, gift boxes to your home, food (pizza pretty regularly), hardware provided like laptops if you need.
