Culture at Leidos Australia

Very good culture, sometimes me and my co-workers chat or hang after work because the culture naturally fosters a happy environment. Collaboration is extremely good and effective, making meetings more concise and valuable.

Leidos has a good culture within the workplace and fosters an environment of consistent learning and also a good amount of fun as well. My team has monthly lunches that are provided by leidos as well as fortnightly bbqs which is a great way to take a break from what can be some big weeks.

Team is mostly supportive and i have not felt excessive pressure to meet tight deadlines or take on responsibilities i am not comfortable with. However people can be quite introverted, and that is a bit isolating.

The flexibility afforded to employees in terms of work arrangements and culture differ on a team by team basis. On the two teams i've been on, flexibility has been a nice thing to be afforded to me, as i could start when i want and end when i want with no expectation for me to work overtime at any given time.

The culture is great within the umbrella of my business group, everyone gets along and works together well and we often do social things outside of work

Everyone is really friendly and chill. Not too much after work activities, but there also isn't that much to do in scoresby.

Both in the office and outside, everyone is nice and supportive of each other. There are regular get togethers where we can socialize with each other over drinks and food.

Leidos company culture is amicable and supportive both during work hours and beyond, with a strong emphasis on teamwork, and we organize team bonding activities, such as movie nights and bouldering, to enhance camaraderie outside of work.

Team is composed of two small scrum teams, collaborative culture inside and across teams.

Culture seems very good. Flexible work hours and company seems very people focussed.

From what i've gathered so far leidos has a very supportive, understanding and highly professional work culture that has made me feel incredibly comfortable and accepted in the workplace.

Pros: my great in terms of team bonding however i have herd that this is not the case for all teams. My teams hosts a regular get together on monday nights. Cons: described above.

Company is very welcoming and appears to be very people centric.
