Salary at Kraft Heinz Company New Zealand

I think we offer relatively competitive pay. As a grad we do not receive bonuses but from what I hear the bonuses are very good.

The pay is aligned with the market which in my opinion is a good way to go about it. There is also the opportunity to get a bonus each year which is determined by a combination of factors including individual & team performance.

Pay is equivalent below market average. Bonus is hard to achieve + the company performance multiplier usually severely reduces take home pay.

Bonus is only gained if the company and yourself meets your targets. Indication below will not be received this year.

I'm happy with general pay. Bonus scheme is great when it's paid out, never get paid the full bonus though and don't agree with the method of calculating when bonuses are deserved

Pay is reasonable for Graduate and has good opportunity to increase through meritocracy

There is a moving allowance if you have to relocate, You also get to fly in multiple sites of the company (Aus and NZ)
