John Deere are very flexible (depending on the manager). In my current role and my last role, my managers have both been flexible with me, allowing me to finish earlier if I please, or attend events/appointments if required.

I generally work about 8.5-9 hrs. per day. So far I have found it incredibly flexible with work hours. As my project is currently working with the US, I am required to have some early morning meetings. I have found it to be very flexible in terms of Work from home or office which is great.

The company offers flexi work policies and is very flexible on work from home preferences. My current role requires a lot of out of hours calls with colleagues in different timezones, however finishing earlier is encouraged to claim some of this time back

I am able to work from home or the office full time. I would enjoy it much more if the company enforced 2 days working from the office minimum. This would allow me to meet and interact with more staff.
