HSBC is currently seeking an experienced professional to join their team in the role of Management Trainee.
Principal responsibilities
Undertake high-quality industry, competitor and client-level financial analysis for wholesale clients globally.
Provide multi-jurisdictional client support to HSBC's Relationship Management and Acquisition teams and facilitate client review, renewal, maintenance and exit activities across all HSBC products.
Analysis of financial documentation and supplemental data to support lending decision-making and recommending credit requests to appropriately meet business needs.
The role holder might also be responsible for the oversight and coordination of new business on-boards, Know Your Customer Renewals and remediation projects, existing client maintenance and facilitation of client exits as well as supporting the client relationship managers with any relationship tasks.
Support the RM team in the continuous collection, capture and analysis of key data and information related to Global Banking/Change Management Business client’s emissions-intensive activities, climate commitments and low-carbon business initiatives and transition and physical risks to help build a thorough understanding of each client’s plans to transition to net zero emissions over time.
About you
Requirements
Minimum CGPA of 6.5.
Preference for prior Banking experience and Environmental Social Governance knowledge.
Highly proficient in Excel and Word.
Excellent verbal/written communication skills in English, proficient in credit writing in English, hard-working, organized, diligent, and above all a good team player.
Compensation & benefits
