Job Descriptions:

• Expanding pipelines for all positions especially in Tech and Product
• Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)
• Maintaining candidate databases
• Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews
• Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details
• Interacting with potential candidates on social media and professional networks (e.g. LinkedIn, Slack, and Github);
• Crafting and sending engaging recruiting emails to entice top candidates;
• Identifying qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques (e.g. Boolean search);

Requirements:

• Minimum a year of experience in lead generations, recruiting, or human resources. 
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Fluent in conversation and written English, good communication skills
• Knowledge of technical sourcing (a plus)
• Resourceful, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
• Fast learner, proactive with a positive attitude.
• Interest in human resources or recruitment industry
• Willing to work in Setiabudi, South Jakarta
