Our Opportunity

We are now on the lookout for a passionate and committed Civil Infrastructure Engineering Graduate to start their career journey in our business. This role will provide a final year student or recent Graduate, a rewarding opportunity on both a personal and professional level, to be part of a tailored development framework, where you can be inspired and learn from our skilled and experienced team members.

At Fulton Hogan, it is less about designing the concept and more about how to we bring that concept to life. Our Engineers work on-site solving real problems every day. It is the Engineer’s job to work as part of a team and plan the construction works, taking into consideration commercial, financial, environmental, safety and quality aspects of the task. They develop ideas, and methodologies and bring everything together to ensure our works are delivered successfully. That’s what makes this role so rewarding – for all your hard work and dedication, you will be able to take pride in building and managing critical infrastructure across Australia that connects communities and helps us to shape a better world!

Let’s connect:

• A relevant tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering.
• Good leadership, organisational and communication skills with the ability to develop, manage and maintain great relationships with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders.
• A high degree of enthusiasm and drive, with a strong desire to deliver positive outcomes as part of a team.
• A practical mindset, with a hands-on approach to getting things done.
• Flexibility to undertake regular travel to our project sites across Melbourne, in addition to occasional weekend work or night shift.
