I know the members of my team genuinely want me to succeed. Flexibility around remote working is also a big plus.
The working environment in the office, my team colleagues - they are very helpful, inclusive and compassionate and I love how flexible and considerate Findex is with my medical conditions.
The learning and challenging environment. This is crucial to improve and grow with the company.
Learn lots of things that won't be learnt in textbook at uni. Good manager good mentor - mentee relationship. Work-Life balance as I am working from Mondays to Fridays only.
Support from my Manager is fantastic. His knowledge and ability to communicate complex issues in a way that anyone can understand is a skill set that not many people have.
Due to the size of the company, internal marketing campaigns sometimes feel disingenuous.
Long periods of workload
I do not have any worst ideas.
Nothing to point out so far.
Nothing bad I can think of
