My role is very satisfying as I am able to see the benefit that my work has, and I feel like the work I do is meaningful. My responsibility as a graduate is to achieve the objectives of the teams that I am in for the 6 months that I am in that team.
As a graduate my responsibilities include learning modules and workshops, and the tasks/objectives set between myself and my supervisor. There aren't many day-to-day task as my workload is often changing.
As mentioned, as a graduate who is rotating around the different departments this will more often than not come back to the supervisor I am working under. My first supervisor needs training/more training to properly engage and instruct a graduate engineer.

The pay is fantastic for a graduate and well above any other companies that I am aware of.
Great balance of work and life having flexible start and finish times, along with a 9-day fortnight.
Good level of emphasis on learning and developing fundamentals prior to being thrust into just deliverables.
The opportunity to gain a wide variety of experience across multiple engineering teams.
The culture is very good in the company. Most people have the mindset to foster learning and development of themselves and others.
Change can be slow within the business. Due to inefficiencies in historic processes, availability of data and regulation, it can be challenging at times for progress to be made.
The worst thing about working for the company is the travel to the office but, there is work from home opportunities available.
Some work may only be available in certain locations across the state.
I struggle to find something to put here... No biscuits in the tea room...
