Job Description:

  • Supports the research, evaluation, recommendation and implementation of information security solutions across computer environments. 
  • Provides initial research findings and support for review and escalation of results.
  • Assists with auditing computer systems to ensure they are operating securely and that data is protected from both internal and external attack.
  • Supports security assessments to ensure adherence to customer specific security policy, procedures and industry standards.
    Monitors, evaluates, and assists with the maintenance of assigned security systems in accordance with industry best practices to safeguard internal information systems and databases.
  • Assists with the review and definition of security requirements. Provides support for system reviews to determine if they are designed to comply with established standards.
  • Participates in the Investigation of security violations and breaches; may prepare reports on intrusions as needed.
  • Reviews firewall logs across an assigned area. Assists with configuration of firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and other network security devices across designated areas.

You will take part in a structured induction program where you will have the opportunity to meet other graduates from your cohort across Australia and New Zealand and undertake training to get you up to speed with the DXC environment and build your interpersonal skills.

  • An Australian citizen
  • In the final year of your degree or have completed your university studies within three years at the time of your application
