Our Graduate Program sets to challenge and well equip you for a successful career ahead with DHL Supply Chain. The Specialist Focus is targeted to utilising your HR Studies and applying these in a fast paced environment. Your HR Graduate experience will look like:

  • 24 month program, with the flexibility to secure a post-program role within DHL after your first year
  • Supportive induction into the business, including stepping into a Frontline Operator position to understand
  • Developmental Rotations within the HR Team, including working with subject matter experts in Talent & Acquisition, Employee Relations, Payroll & Systems, Learning & Development, Organisational Development and Generalist HR.
  • Support Networks including a 1 on 1 mentor, Graduate Buddies and Program Lead
  • Regular performance feedback and personal development planning
  • A learning framework focused on personal development, including monthly workshops and networking opportunities
  • Opportunities to work together with a wonderful Graduate cohort to knowledge share and deliver on a great range of projects.

Requirements

  • You must have a passion for working in Human Resources and it is a requirement to have completed a degree in Human Resources or in an associated field.
  • Availability to commence for a mid-year intake
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Full working rights within Australia
  • A valid driver’s license
