What are your thoughts on pay and bonuses at your company?
Pay is very generous for employees at our skill level and ~10% higher than starting wage for a private firm.

We get nothing extra on top of salary. It is not big money comparing with bankers, etc,. It is a fair pay according to the market rate considering the workload, pressure, working hours and work life balance.

I think our salary and superannuation is good. Compared to other Department's we paid equally, if not higher.

Pay is quite good for an entry level position, and since it is a government organisation, super is also higher than private companies. However there are no bonuses on top of this, apart from travel allowances.

As a public servant bonuses are out of the question. The salary tends to make up for that though. However, we do receive a health bonus during the year, which is much more positive approach to creating healthy work environments

Our super could be a signature one as it is higher than 9.5%.
