Your Role
Key responsibilities are as follows:
- Assist in identifying and sourcing candidates through various channels, including job boards and social media.
- Review resumes and applications to shortlist candidates based on specific job requirements.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth interview process.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates to provide updates and gather feedback throughout the recruitment process.
- Assist in maintaining and updating the recruitment databases.
- Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team as needed, including preparing interview materials and onboarding documentation.
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Behavioral Sciences, Business, Management, or similar fields is preferred.
- Above-average skills in written and spoken English.
- Keen attention to detail.
- Strong administrative, planning, and organizational ability.
- Strong interpersonal effectiveness in dealing with professionals.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- Resourcefulness and drive.
