Job Description

Role Overview

The prime responsibility of the process is to prepare and analyze Reports related to DELL EMC products that are sold to our customers. This helps in revenue enablement of potential sales opportunities to the organization.

Role & Responsibilities

• The representative is responsible to pull product sales data from various data sources.
• The representative will analyze product configuration and ensure that the report contains accurate config details, Maintenance cost, capacity utilization, and other installation details.
• Ensure completion of all deliverables and services to internal and external customers within defined SLAs and quality measurements.
• Perform tasks as per standard operating procedure and ensure the top-level quality of work.
• Attend all relevant product/process training and certifications.
• Interact with Team leads and Project leads to understand the scope of work and plan accordingly.

Candidate Requirement

• College Graduate in BSC/BCA/BE Computers
• Years of work experience must be 0 to 1 year
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Ability to prioritize projects and/or deliverables.
• Sense of urgency.
• Problem-solving skills.
• Strong Communication skills.
• Customer Service skill.
• Ability to understand technology
• Highly competent in MS Excel
• Strong Analytical Skills
