At the moment, during the WFH period, it has been very flexible.

Different departments have different hour requirements, it may be quite flexible for some and not others, mainly due to external factors.

Flexible even for graduates. Working from home has definitely amplified the importance of balance and created a working environment that openly communicates this.

Not super flexible, but I've been able to take a day in lieu when I've worked overtime.

Very good with flexibility. Sometimes you need to start/finish with meetings/work but flexible with working from home & also hours based on work load.

I work very reasonable work hours. Usually starting between 8.30- 9 am and finishing between 5.30 - 6 pm. Coles is very flexible when it comes to work hours. If I needed to start early and finish early or vice versa I know that I would be able to do this without an issue.

Incredibly flexible. There are days I work over, but my line manager lets be leave very early the next day, or take the day off. They are also very happy to let you work from home when and if you need - and they have great facilities to assist you in doing so.

Impacted from COVID, but life-work balance is encouraged. This rounds out due to willingness to work back for a company that puts its employers first.

The company is very flexible when it comes to hours so long as the work gets done. I prefer to start earlier and finish earlier to beat the traffic which most line managers allow.

Coles is fairly flexible, however the typical day is 8-5.

They are quite flexible - as long as you finished your required tasks in a given day. It also depends on the team as to whether they are a small team with lots of work to do or a larger one with ample of people and work can be distributed evenly.

This is tough because back when we were actually in the office before we moved to remote, my hours were much better. Very much a 9-5. Now there are some later nights from home.
