Please comment on your company's office space, location and facilities. And while we're at it, please tell us a little about the dress code.
The office space is near a university campus, so we get access to a food court and other services around it which is quite convenient. We're also near a shopping center so we can run errands nearby if need be.

Very casual dress code, just need long pants and closed shoes.

Office space is open, clean and well stocked with coffee, tea, fruit and sweets. Car park does get full sometimes so it is better to get in early. Location is a bit far out of the city but well connected by public transport. We also have bike racks and change room facilities which are beneficial after a workout in the morning. Dress code in R&D is smart casual (T-shirts, jeans and sneakers allowed) and have never been pulled up for an outfit before so managers seem to be quite relaxed about what we wear.

Great office environment to be in.

Offices are nice and clean. For graduates there is a lack of desk space, but this not a major concern. The dress code seems to vary team to team, but I appreciate that it is not overly strict or demanding.

Given the company is growing, there are a few problems with desk allocation and parking. As graduate on rotations, this can result in having to hot desk.

The Cochlear global headquarters is on the Macuarie University campus which I really appreciate because it's where I've studied. Some aspects of manufacturing is completed on the first floor of the building which is amazing to witness. The office has everything you need, everyone gets their own desk with monitors and equipment as requested. The dress code is business casual with a great deal of flexibility, I've seen people wear remarkably casual clothes and then formal clothes the following day, it's mostly dependent on their requirements.

Casual smart dress code, but also varies a lot team to team. Office space and location is good, and close to nice green outdoor areas and nice external food places. Has its own cafe which is nice but this is not subsidised.
