Payroll Officer

Job Description:

• Ensure all payroll transactions are processed efficiently.
• Provide a timely, accurate, efficient, and effective payroll report.
• Calculate, report, and ensure all of BPJS TK, BPJS Kesehatan, and PPh 21 are processed efficiently.
• Resolving payroll discrepancies.
• Validate payroll and tax reports to ensure all payroll-related data is processed accurately.
• Monitor payroll procedure to ensure payroll cycle processing is timely and accurate.
• Work collaboratively with superior and team for payroll and benefits data.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (from reputable university) or 1-2 years equivalent work experience.
• Required skill(s): PPH 21, BPJS Kesehatan, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Solid analytical skills and process improvement.
• Strong knowledge in Microsoft Excel, familiar with HRIS especially Oracle
