An opportunity exists for a motivated Support Manager at our Bridgestone Select store in Manukau.

About the role:

In this role you will assist the Store Manager in the achievement of sales and store profitability and build on our market share of retail and automotive business in the city. You will also have the opportunity to learn and assist in all facets of store management as well as having your own KPIs for directing sales and profitability for the forecourt. You will be required to assist in the forecourt and fit tyres.

You will be confident in providing technical advice to the forecourt while ensuring the development of lasting relationships with Bridgestone customers and staff. We are seeking a person who has enthusiasm, leadership, good work ethics and a strong focus on Health and Safety. You will be required to assist in the forecourt and fit tyres.

The ideal candidate will possess:

• Computer skills
• Exposure to managing staff
• Excellent customers dealing
• Full and clean driver's licence
• Fitting of tyres will be required
