Due to complete your graduate studies in 2025 (or have already completed) a university degree qualification in an appropriate discipline. 

You'll also need to be an Australian citizen and eligible for Australian Defence Security Clearance due to the nature of our work.

What You'll Do:

As a Naval Architect Graduate at BAE Systems, you will:

• Design, engineer, integrate, test, and oversee the construction of cutting-edge marine vessels and structures for both defence and commercial applications. Picture yourself as the mastermind behind the maritime innovations that drive naval advancements and enhance operational capabilities at sea.
• Master naval architecture design and simulation tools with precision, utilising your technical acumen to visualise and analyse the intricate dynamics of marine structures.
• Evaluate potential maritime solutions meticulously, selecting those that will set new benchmarks and redefine best practices in the field of naval architecture.
• Transform your conceptual naval designs into tangible solutions by leading construction, testing, and quality assurance activities. Ensure that your naval creations are not only innovative but also robust in withstanding the challenges of the open sea.
• Adhere rigorously to maritime safety standards, regulatory compliance, and engineering excellence, ensuring the highest quality at every stage of the naval architecture process.
