Please provide further information on diversity with respect to women, ethnic minorities and LGBT. Please comment on issues such as recruitment, retention, promotion, child care, maternity leave, etc.
I think there is effort however I am not too involved or aware. I think consideration to women is good at the DTA, but other groups I think could be improved.

I can't comment on many of these, but the company is diverse and strongly committed to inclusion, and I appreciate this hugely. However, higher levels are dominated by men and I do wonder what prospects women have to reach these levels.

The DTA has a Diversity and Inclusion group and champion, and constantly advocates for the LGBTIAQ+ community. As far as I understand, the agency has a good maternity leave program.

We do support diversity causes well in the organisation, however, the branch I'm in has limited diversity except in relation to women. I can happily say we have a national manager who is a female and is highly regarded.

I think in this regard, my department doesn�t select people by gender. It is just their performance and experience which is considered when they are going to be employed.
