      What you'll do:

      • Support the implementation and execution of the ASX enterprise compliance framework
      • Attending regulatory meeting, drafting minutes, updating registers, tracking action item completion
      • Reviewing notifications of regulatory engagements from other ASX business units
      • Reviewing regulatory changes and assessing applicability to ASX
      • Tracking the completion of training courses
      • Drafting management reports
      • Tracking the execution of the compliance work program
      • Collating and tracking regulatory reporting
      • Assisting in the review of training materials, policies and procedures (as required)
      • Demonstrate the ASX values: to BE Open, Trustworthy, Original and The Example

      What you've done:

      • Held Internships as part of degree or 1 year work experience
      • Tertiary qualifications (completed or in progress) in business, commerce, legal or a related discipline
      • Be able to demonstrate sound communication competencies and professionalism required of the role.
      • Skilled in Excel and PowerPoint
      • Worked with basic databases, extracting data and producing reports
      • Completed courses on corporate, commercial or financial services regulation
      • Worked in a time-sensitive environment with competing priorities
