Our graduate programs are designed to challenge and reward. We help grow curious minds and develop careers for those motivated to make a positive difference for our customers and community.

Data at ANZ is about delivering better, more impactful customer propositions into market faster. We’re flipping traditional banking on its head. You’ll get to be part of the journey.

At ANZ, data science is a contact sport. We leverage its value to drive better decisions for our customers and people.

As a Data Graduate you will:

      • Solve problems that have real life impact which matters most to our customers.
      • Organize and interpret data and numbers, pick up trends and make informed recommendations.
      • Build convenient, engaging banking solutions to simplify the lives of customers and our people.

As a Data Graduate, you will have the opportunity to be part of one of the following programs: ANZx, Australia Retail and Commercial, Institutional or Technology. We can assign you to one of these, or you can also let us know by choosing one as your second preference in your application form.

      About You

You could be from any discipline, bringing a diverse range of thought and skillset to the table. You display a growth mindset and embed our ICARE Values; Integrity, Collaboration, Accountability, Respect & Excellence in all aspects of working day life to better our customers, colleagues and community.

      About ANZ

We are just as committed to supporting our people and giving them the opportunity to develop a career. As one of Australia’s biggest banks, we have many opportunities in many locations. Joining ANZ is about starting a career, not starting a job and we encourage people to look for opportunities across our bank.

Supporting the wellbeing of our people is also core at ANZ which is why we cherish the people-first culture we are famous for and why the Australian Financial Review rated us the number 1 place to work in the banking and finance industry for 2021.
