As a Graduate Gemologist, you will learn how to deliver best practice geological support. You will have a proactive approach to safety, ensure compliance with all safety systems, and legislation as this is essential to the role.
In this role, you will also have a strong focus on the coal reconciliation processes. You will facilitate effective communication between all relevant stakeholders and ensure that regular updates of the geological and resource models are completed in a timely manner.
This is a permanent opportunity for graduates who want to have a smarter future within mining. Initially, you will be offered a two-year graduate programme with Metallurgical Coal rotating to one or more of our sites located across Queensland (two twelve-month placements). You have the chance to make a difference in real projects and work across the open cut and underground mining.
