What we’re looking for

The Program for Mechanical and Chemical

  • For depth of learning, this role will involve placements that allow for varied experiences
  • In the first year of the program you will work in conjunction with Adbri’s experienced engineers and operational leaders on our large Cement & Lime sites across South Australia working with large industrial equipment.
  • In the second year you will be empowered to lead engineering projects with the support of our mentors and technical experts.

The Program for Control Systems 

  • Supported by our experienced technical engineering experts, this role will be based in our major sites surrounding Perth
  • Your role will involve supporting the maintenance of our electrical and process control systems. You will also be involved in optimising plant performance by identifying and executing efficiency and improvement opportunities
  • You will participate in reliability projects and drive safe, reliable and cost-effective operations
  • In an advisory capacity you will provide technical support on production and maintenance requirements in electrical and control system engineering and troubleshooting issues.
