Training is heavily self driven but well supported.

There are many mandatory training programmes that feel unnecessary such as the introduction to programming bootcamp that had to be done despite studying Software Engineering at university.
Graduate, Adelaide
Bit light on the formal training but lots of opportunities to try new roles & learn on the job

Training could have been better! Felt a bit like I was thrown into the deep end without learning a load of core consulting skills.

The training has been super accessible and really interesting. I enjoy learning online at my own pace

Onboarding was great but it was it was over it was kind of like "Off you go", but without really knowing what to do.

Training can be very tiring especially when working on a busy project. Having the motivation can be hard to study after work hours which makes attaining certifications challenging. It is not often that training can be conducted during work hours.

The training is ok. The first 2 weeks of bootcamp style training was the least useful and most draining. Many other employees find the ability to complete cloud certifications and training good.

The company has great internal and external training, you just need to be able to find it. In saying this, if you do not know where to look you may get lost in the training site.

A lot of training on what the day to day looks like, how the company functions, tech related courses.
Graduate, Brisbane
A lot of training for graduates and continued training is a focus for everyone at the company. They have lots of platforms and tools for continuous training opportunities and 2frequently recommend people take time to upskill.

I have been doing nearly 2 months of training while waiting to start my first project as well as getting certified for countless things i have never even used before it has been great

Training is intuitive with lots of courses for people to explore when they are not on a project.

Encouraged to obtain Professional Google certifications - all training and exams are company funded. Online learning resources are vast and accessible.
Graduate, Adelaide
it was okay at the start but since then they have changed around the different training locations and made it harder. on the job training i have found to be very good.

A three day orientation & an 8 day technology analyst bootcamp
Graduate, Adelaide
Good orientation week and engaging first week in the office. Enjoyed the consulting analyst program too where our skills were really tested and grew.
Graduate, Perth
The formal training upon commencement is a bit shorter than expected - there could probably be a 2 week program of foundational skills and expectations. However the ongoing self-paced learning opportunities are vast.
